Render Cleaning, Maidstone

We had received a group of photos of this customers property showing the work she would like quoted. There had been some organic staining building up on the front of her house on the render and was starting to become quite an eye sore with dark streaks leading down from the top of the render. Due to the surface type being render we opted for the safest approach to clean, this being a softwash using Sodium Hyochlorite. Applying with a water fed pole and brush we scrubbed the solution onto the surface to minimise any overspraying whilst also regularly dousing the areas below with fresh water and taking extra care to regularly rinse the lead flashing to prevent oxidisation occurring. After a couple of chemical applications we were pleased with the results so we thoroughly rinsed the entire area down including the render. The customer was very happy with the results of her like new render for only a fraction of the price of having it re rendered or even painted.
