After carrying out work on his own property our customer contracted us to do some cleaning work on his parent’s property ready for the house to be put onto the market for sale. The front UPVC weatherboards along with the gutters had become covered in thick algae and lichen and the front slabs leading to the door had not been cleaned in years. Using a soft washing method we applied a pre-treatment chemical to the weatherboards which made cleaning the growth off with a water fed pole like a hot knife through butter and then with the use of the pressure washer and a small chemical application, the front slabs lightened right up and came out like the day they were laid. All just in time for the estate agents visit later that day.
